Great Set at Fantastic Price
This is a complete set of ergonomic ( rubber coated handles ) in a nice case and has extras with it: a pair of snips, a measuring tape, and 9 crochet hooks from 2.0 to 6.0 MM. Love this set!!
Does NOT have button thumb rest
The precursors of these hooks had a soft button shape on the flat rubber oval. These were my favorite hooks. I have since bought many hooks online, Boye and others. That thumb rest was best. So sorry HL no longer has this type.
Great set, minor flaws
This set is really great i enjoy the hooks, however the case itself is kinda dull. I spruced it up with some iron-ons to make it cuter. Also my hooks are slightly mislabeled in that the mm to US sizes are off. (5.5 labeled H,etc.)
The Drag is real
Very comfortable, sturdy feel. So much drag and squeak. I can feel the drag with every stitch.

I'm fairly new to crochet so Im definitely not an expert but I've tried a few different hooks and these are my favorite so far. Theres no drag like I've had from a couple different ones I purchases on Amazon and the handle is a really comfortable material
The best!
I’ve been crocheting for years with the standard Bates hooks, but I’ve started to lose my fine motor/dexterity skills. I figured I’d give these “chunkier” hooks a try and they are amazing. They’re so comfortable to hold and I can work so much faster!
Nice Hooks But….
I like these hooks but the cover slides off esp. if you are crocheting something with tight stitches. I made a raffia hat and had to stop every few stitches to slid the grip back down on the hook. I will be gluing my covers onto my hooks. They run short.

Bought the last set on the shelf as an impulse. I had plastic hood before but I absolutely love these. 100000x easier to work with and move my yarn around. So much easier to hold. A great price for what is included
Sadly, not good
Hooks are impossible to use, sizes are stamped on the handles but very hard to see. Snips wouldn't even cut melted butter. Saved the case, threw everything else in the trash.

Got when I first started learning to crochet and I love these hooks. I've tried others since using this set and I don't like them, they always end up hurting my hands. They are durable, colorful, have more of a pointed head making it easier to stitch
