It's OK
It's functional, but the gems seem to be attached with a double sided tape. I just noticed that 3 of the gems had fallen off & I've only been utilizing the holder for 2 days. Found 2 gems on the floor & reglued them--hope my cat didn't eat the third one.

bought a few of these in different sizes to display some swarovsky crystal pieces….gorgeous! I personally have had no problem with gems falling off after a few months.
