Bought at $1. The fabric cuts were a little rough and the leaves are low quality but overall the rose looks very nice for such a low price.

I used these roses for a wedding. I cut the stems off and glued them into a garland. I added some little wired white balls and a few "diamonds" for a touch of glitz. Note that each rose has a little patch of purply pink. I cut these spots out.
