Notches = Broken Thread
This thread is beautiful! But be aware of the notches at either end of thread!!! Whenever the thread is releasing from either end it gets caught in the grooves. This causes the thread to snap and the needle to become unthreaded.
Red thread
So I do like the color but the cons are way more the thread is to thin tangles by looking at it need to do more hand stitching to make it stand out not recommended for machine sewing.
Great for paper embroidery.
Love using this for paper embroidery or card stitching.
Great thread for machine embroidery
This worked super well for my machine embroidery! I did switch to a topstitch needle which I think is important for these metallic threads. And I slowed my machine speed down. But very few breaks and beautiful embroidery! So pleased.
