Great for hole liner and strengtheners
I use these to line each side of a hole drilled through wood to reinforce the hole. A string or rope is passed through the hole. Drill the holes slightly smaller than the eyelet needs, then slowly twist the eyelet into the hole. Superglue if needed.
No washer?
The instructions say to use a washer…but they don't come with a washer! Useless.
Look very carefully
There are NO plastic washers!!! so you're not crazy! There are two separate pieces a lot of them stuck together… the shorter piece of the two is the washer! hope that helps!
Thanks for the size info.
They look the same size and I just about drove myself crazy trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Also using the cement outside for the pounding base instead of my table made a big difference as well.
No washer??
Some one else said the pieces are stuck together but it's not that way for me. Idk what I'm doing wrong???
All the same size
What has changed? Eyelets use to be easy to use. My pieces are all the same size. They come with no instructions. Very disappointed with this product!
