This fabric shrinks
I never preshrink fabrics, so once I ironed the broadcloth I purchased to make a costume, the pieces shrunk by an inch. I purchased more fabric, preshrunk it, and recut the pattern, only to have it shrink more yet again when ironed.
Shrunk waste of money
Fabric shrunk when the edges were ironed for hemming, When laid out after ironing it had bubbles in the middle and was impossible to get it to lay straight. No way that fabric it a cotton polyester blend, wrinkles like crazy and shrinks. Sales fraud

Horrible bad quality
For the price, you can't expect anything more!
The colors are bright and bold and the fabric is really easy to cut and work with. It does shrink easily, but it's cheap fabric! HL has solid fabrics that are higher quality (and hence more expensive) if you need a solid for a use that needs quality.
You get what you pay for
It's $4 per yard and it gets the job done. Bright colors, but it does shrink. Recommended for smaller pieces, not for full outfits. Good fabric is going to be more expensive. Don't be stingy with your sewing projects, folks.
Great for lining doll clothes
I make doll clothes and line every outfit. This works great for that purpose, and also for doll blouses, aprons, etc. At 40% off with coupon, it's a great deal. Love that it comes in so many colors. The light pink is really pretty.
Good, but It does shrink
The colors are exquisite on this fabric! The only problem is that it shrinks. That seems to be a reoccurring problem with others who have bought this fabric, too.
A nice, lightweight fabric
After reading the reviews about this fabric I ordered it anyway because it was the color I wanted. As any Sewing 101 teaches, one should always pre-wash and dry (i.e. pre-shrink) fabric that is machine washable/dryable. I'd order the fabric again.
toasted coconut broadcloth
I would love to see some quality control on this broadcloth. I have photos in a shop and sell jumpers. The last time I tried to buy it the 2 bolts were not dyed evenly. The fabric near the selvages was streaked so the whole width could not be used.
Should know better
Ppl are complaining that the material shrinks. That’s the FIRST thing you are taught regarding fabric! ALWAYS WASH IT FIRST! Even if says needn’t wash , its better to be SAFE THEN SORRY!!
