nib review
Tip broke after only a few words were written.
to last guy
wait really? how hard were you pressing? I've had these for a while. ironically, I have bad penmanship because of my nerve disorder making me all shaky plus I have to constantly remind myself not to press hard. the nib is very durable…
Bad nibs
The 512 nib broke the very first day. Do not buy this
Great nibs
I have to replace mine about every 6 months, but that is due to the fact that I do ‘dot’ work, where you are tapping the point on the paper, so the points either will break or separate because of what I am doing, not because of any quality issues.
works GREAT
You know, for someone to say "metal" broke the first day/attempt", they do not say what they were doing to make a piece of metal break. To me, they have to be doing some SERIOUS PRESSURED man-handling. Used properly, great results!
I like them
For the past six-ish months I've used them a lot, practicing Spencerian script. Nice results. Dropped the big nib on a tile floor, and bent the tip. Not so good after that. Came back to buy again. Keep them clean and don't drop them and they'll be fine.
