Not for small canvases

The smallest canvas size you can put in this is 20" height

Besides, the construction is not bad

My Favorite Tabletop Easel

Easy to adjust. Good range of angles. Sturdy. Perfect for smaller size paper, journals, canvases etc. Folds nicely. Very happy.

Great little easel!

This is an awesome table easel…if you're working on something bigger you can place a large piece of acrylic on it to support your work. It can be used instead of a light table by placing a light inside the base--great tool, great buy!
