Broken
I purchased two- one for myself and one for a co-worker. While hers is working well (been one week), mine worked for one day and now is broken. The light is on but it's not warm. Will be returning to try and exchange the item.

Worked great to melt candle wax. Used to warm coffee and hot tea. FYI, use a cup 16oz or less with a flatter bottom and it will keep your drink warm. No more cold drinks!
